Drying drum

Adopting German technology and combining with our company's technical improvements, the barrel with a larger diameter and a more reasonable blade layout make the material curtain wider during the production process, the aggregate is heated more fully, and the production efficiency is higher.
The drum diameter is increased, the drying capacity is improved, and the production capacity of the equipment has more room for improvement.
The material lifting blades in the drying drum adopt a special structure (patented product). When the stone is lifted to 90 degrees in the drum, the material curtain can be formed piece by piece. The material curtain is uniform, the drying efficiency is high, and the effect is good.
The discharge method of the drying drum discharge box is the self-unloading type, which reduces the starting motor of the drying drum, and the discharge box will not leak material, which prolongs the life of the reducer, friction wheel, and large roller.
Vibrating screen

Vibrating screen

The use of vibration motor excitation vibrating screen replaces the traditional eccentric shaft rotating vibrating screen, which is a technological leap in the upgrade of asphalt mixing equipment.
Energy saving: In the transmission process of the belt of the traditional vibrating screen, part of the power will be lost. Our company's vibrating screen uses a vibration motor to generate exciting force to achieve the purpose of screening, and the required power is greatly reduced.
Safety: The belt of the traditional vibrating screen will jump off after loosening, and the pulley of the motor will also have a flywheel phenomenon, which affects safe production.
Maintenance-free: In the production process, the traditional vibrating screen must be frequently filled with lubricating oil or butter to avoid bearing jamming. Our vibration motor excitation vibrating screen does not need to be maintained by adding lubricating oil.
Integrated: The screen box of the entire vibrating screen adopts a cold riveting structure without welding, which fundamentally eliminates the stress deformation caused by welding, making the box safe and reliable during equipment operation.
Upgraded large-diameter folding door: The front and rear door structure of the convenient screen body is an open folding door, with a maximum opening angle of 270°, which is more convenient for the replacement of the screen.

Mixing tank

We have introduced advanced foreign technology, adopted a dragon-style blade arm arrangement and an enlarged cylinder body, which has increased the equipment's production capacity and shortened the mixing cycle.
Dragon-style blade arm arrangement: The stirring blades in the mixing tank are stirred in a dragon-style manner, and the blades of the two shafts stir in opposite directions, so that the material is stirred and flows in the tank, shortening the time by one third.
Large capacity: Taking the 4000 type as an example, if the material in each tank of our company's mixing tank contains asphalt and mineral powder, it can reach 4300kg/tank, and the production capacity is relatively higher.
Heat transfer oil insulation: The mixing tank is equipped with heat transfer oil insulation, which can avoid the phenomenon of warming the first pot of material during daily production and reduce some unnecessary processes in the production process.

The three-in-one two-group structure allows for any combination of feeding directions, making it easy to use the site.
Feeders are equipped with vibration motor and shortage aggregate alarm device, ensuring continuous aggregate supplying.

Metering system

Metering system

The secondary metering of stone and dynamic tracking metering of asphalt are used to fully ensure the accurate metering and proportioning of various combined materials.
Secondary metering of stone: When any kind of aggregate enters the metering procedure, the cylinder will open the door 100% in full stroke, and automatically close half of it when the material reaches 80% of the rated metering value. When 20% of the material is in place, the entire bin door will close automatically to prevent errors caused by the impact of falling materials to improve metering accuracy.
Dynamic tracking metering of asphalt: If an error occurs in the stone metering process due to an accident, and the amount of material discharged exceeds or falls below the set amount, the dynamic tracking metering of asphalt will automatically increase or decrease the asphalt weight according to the difference between the actual weight of the stone and the set weight, so that the oil-stone ratio is guaranteed to be produced under the set state.

Adopt double-row plate chain lifting and gravity unloading, which has the characteristics of eliminating material return and long service life. The fully enclosed structure eliminates the previous ash leakage phenomenon, which is more environmentally friendly on site, and eliminates the failure point of the bearing part, which never needs maintenance and repair.
Eliminate material return: Adopt dense lifting hopper, slow speed gravity unloading method, small spacing between hoppers, one next to another, and eliminate the possibility of some aggregate remaining in the hopper under the premise of ensuring the lifting amount.
Long life: The speed of the reducer of the whole system is slow. Compared with the plate chain lifting method, under the premise of the same lifting amount per hour, the plate chain lifting method has less mechanical loss and longer life.
